Job Description

Sepura Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Analyst to assist the Worldwide Sales Director and the Senior Management Team to formulate the go-to market strategy for Sepura, as well as challenging forecast sales performance by the Sepura Sales Team. You will be required to work closely with Sepura sales channels, analyse past sales data, provide input on research into future sales strategies, and to work with the sales teams to improve sales, as well as focusing on sales forecasting globally. You will also be expected to assist in the selection and implementation of a CRM from Sales prospective

Main duties will include:

  • Coordinating, consolidating and communicating sales forecasts from Global sales teams
  • Monitor competitor press releases and financial performance and interpret potential impacts for Sepura
  • Perform ad hoc requests from the Worldwide Sales Director dependent on the Company's priorities
  • Work closely with the financial analysts to ensure a coordinated set of budgets and forecasts are prepared on a timely basis
  • Be the Cambridge contact for remote sales teams in terms of requests for Sales administration and support
  • Liaise between Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that collateral such as company and product presentations are up to date and provide useful sales kit for the sales teams
  • Ensure that sales teams input to CRM systems is up to date and reflects current company and customer priorities

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting, or similar

Experience & Knowledge

Essential:

  • Prior experience of commercial strategy, sales and marketing and business process modelling
  • Sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Datamining - interpreting, collating and collecting data on competitors and industry trends

Desirable:

  • Sales experience of telecommunications products

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for co-operation with the rest of the business
  • Attention to detail
  • Articulate
  • Excel, SQL and SAS
