Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Business Partner to join the Sales team

As the Sales Business Partner you will work closely with our Sales Leadership team and our broader Senior Management Team in developing metrics and strategies to influence the future direction of Sepura. You will have a strong background in Sales Strategy, analysis of key sales data metrics and be a superior communicator enabling you to work across our most senior stakeholders

Your role

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with a natural curiosity for sales metrics. Working with the Senior Management Team, you will provide insights into all aspects of the sales processes and sale success criteria. Your current skill set will be needed to drive senior management decision making and assist us in remaining a leading Mission Critical Communications supplier

Flexibility and changing business needs will dictate what your day will entail. Whilst there are structured regular reviews and forecasts, there is an element of ad hoc analysis and tasks key to success in the role

Working with key stakeholders and sales people, your ability to work in a collaborative way will enable you to get the data you need in terms of short and long-term forecasts, competitor analysis and general market conditions to present to the business to enable it to take decisions

Your day to day

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.

There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business. The Sales Business Partner activities you will be responsible for include:

  • Analyse the effectiveness of the current sales team and their go to market approach
  • Conduct and enable regular business reviews in terms of opportunities and resource planning
  • Define, manage and provide insights on key performance metrics to the Senior Management Team
  • Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimise the Sales teams' efficiency and productivity 
  • Contribute to the sales operational processes such as target setting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Own the implementation of enabling systems and tools from a sales function view, working closely with other internal stakeholders
  • Use your attention to detail to ensure that reports and analysis are right first time
  • Manage our intercompany sales opportunities and forecast in conjunction with other group companies
  • Responsibility for ensuring intercompany quotations and assistance requests are responded to in a timely manner
  • Support the Worldwide Sales Director on ad hoc tasks around provision of information and analysis on specific sales cases or key tasks

Job Requirements

What you need to succeed


  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or similar. Additionally, relevant work experience would also be considered

Experience and skills

  • Sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Analysis of datasets and providing an interpretation of them to Senior Management stakeholders
  • Confidence to present to Senior Management stakeholders
  • Presentation skills
  • Worked in a Finance or Sales role with data analysis as key function
  • Above average Excel and PowerPoint skills
